Quentin is a litigator who focuses on representing clients in complex commercial disputes, business disputes, and insolvency-related matters. He regularly works on actions arising out of fraud, corporate mismanagement, breaches of fiduciary duties, and professional liability in both state and federal courts. Quentin has substantial experience representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees in bankruptcy related litigation.
Quentin generates valuable case evaluations in order to best advise clients and weigh risk. For example, he has drafted substantive “book reports” to make recommendations to clients and funders analyzing evidence, jurisdiction, venue, choice of law, potential causes of action, affirmative defenses, and damages. Quentin regularly handles case management, discovery issues, motion practice, and alternative dispute resolution efforts.
Quentin is on the Executive Committee of the San Francisco Bar Association’s Barristers Business, Commercial and Bankruptcy Section. He was also a contributing writer for the Federal Circuit Writers Project of the Federal Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Section. Quentin is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as Senior Staff Member of the Law Review.
