SAN FRANCISCO (September 1, 2022) — This is to announce the formation of Sullivan Blackburn Pratt LLP. The new firm will represent litigants in complex civil litigation, especially in the areas of bankruptcy, intellectual property, and employment litigation. Sullivan Blackburn Pratt will leverage the many decades of experience of its partners to solve its client's most challenging legal issues. Chris Sullivan will lead Sullivan Blackburn Pratt.
